Dear Hans and
Rebecca,
I would like to take the time to let you know how much I appreciate the quality of
service you provided. There is always someone who can do a job, but to have a
company that is honest and trustworthy is a rarity. I am lucky enough to have found
those wonderful traits in you and your company.
I don't like to trust other people with my animals, they are very precious to
me, it's not something I do easily. I happened to be in a position where I had to
put my filly in a haulers hands, which I did not want to do. I contacted about 32
haulers, and keep coming back to the fact that out of all of the haulers I spoke
with, you seem to care about both me and my filly. My filly wasn't just another
horse to you, you understood she's my baby and you talked about her as just that.
Other haulers seemed to consider her a stall filler, and money per mile which is
fine that is the service they provide. You on the other hand wanted me to know that
you yourself had been in my position before, and understood what it was like to put
your horses in someone elses hands. When Hans went and picked her up in North Dakota
from her breeder, the breeder called me right after he left and told me Hans was
wonderful. The Breeder said he was the nicest person with horses and took his time
getting my filly loaded. This breeder has been in business 30+ years, and seen both
good and bad haulers, and said Hans was one of the best. It was very nice that I had
Hans cell number to call if I got nervous, but I didn't have to use it because he
would check in, I was phoned to let me know how my filly was doing. She was not
going to be traveling all the way to South Texas, she was to stay at your ranch in
Oklahoma for 2 weeks. I was contacted when Hans arrived at your ranch safely with
her. During her 2 week stay I was contacted by email every 3 days, so I would know
how she was doing. When she was delivered to South Texas, she was in excellent
shape, both mentally and physically. She made a trip from North Dakota to South
Texas and was on a trailer for two days total. She was well taken care of during her
trip and her stay on your ranch. Rebecca and Hans, I can't begin to thank you
enough or tell you how much I appreciate what you did for me. I never thought I
would rather have someone other then me haul my horses, but I will use your services
from now on.
I highly recommend you and your farm for people needing horses hauled or boarded. In
my experience with you both I've found you have the most important qualities to
me, "honesty, pride in your business, trust, and most of all a love of horses".
Thank you very much, and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
The care in which you gave Spirit is deeply appreciated and I will always be
grateful to have found a business with such high standards and quality of service.
Sincerely,
Malissa Stephenson

Hello,
Denise Palmer gave me your e-mail
address so that Dr. Hicks and I could pay you a compliment concerning your
collection, processing, and shipping of her stallion's semen. It was certainly the
best of the frozen semen that we dealt with this breeding season. Because of that
,we had excellent success in getting the mares that she booked to Frostburns in
foal. Just wanted you to know that we appreciate your good work.
Sincerely,
Caroline Hicks

Dear Hans and Rebecca.
FINALLY I’ve found out where my beloved Kejser/Emperor is located and I am happy to
see how beautiful and healthy he looks!!
I have better introduce myself; my name is Pia Haunstrup Nielsen. I am the daughter
in law of Kejser’s breeder, Kjeld Jokumsen. I have known Kejser since he was a foal
and he has always been my favorite. I had the pleasure to be allowed to break him in
to ride, and as you probably have discovered he is possibly the worlds nicest and
easy to be around horse, so there were never any problems with him. I also started
him in a couple of smaller shows to prepare him for the stallion material test.
Since Kejser was sold I’ve only seen him a few times, and when I heard he moved to
U.S.A I was really sad, but I can tell from your pictures that he is doing well and
is thriving in the warm California climate. I have actually tried to locate you for
a while through my American girl friend in Ohio, she could not locate Kejser, but
when the Frederiksborg Breeders Association up-dated their web site I found your web
address, great!!
If you want to know about Kejser’s “childhood” or see pictures of him and his
family (I have a full album) please send me an e-mail. I look forward to follow him
on your web site, I hope to see more pictures … and results from his competition!!!
I hope you really appreciate Kejser; he is a wonderful horse with a heart of gold.
Best regards from
Pia Haunstrup Nielsen
